Theo's Lounge Update After a Section Collapsed on 1/20/2023
Six months ago, I warned the City of Cleveland of the impending collapse of "Theo's Lounge aka The Mayflower" located at 5404 Broadway (See the video on YouTube: • The Roof is Caving in at "Theo's Bar" loca... )
On the morning of 1/20/23, a resident informed me that the section that was noted in my video to be a particular danger had collapsed.
The next day I took drone shots to get a look at the section that collapsed, it looks bad and looks like it could fail further with more heavy rain or snow.
The entire surrounding block from Barkwill to East 55th is a mess, as I document in this video.
