Patch 9 - checking the fix for Thermal Conduit experimental on PA.
Med size, efficient and srb - no changes spotted: it still gives flat bonus damage +60% right after 101% of heat reached.
Original one thermal conduit was wokring like this:
~-10% of damage while ship is below 100% heat
~+30% when ship is close to 160% of heat
the damage bonus was scaling from 101% to 160% (and capped if I remember correctly)
