How it all works.
You come and say that you are going to the health corner.
In the corner itself, you can measure your height, blood pressure, saturation and analyze your body composition. This is the same bioimpedance that is done in fitness clubs for money.
In a small and very conditional locker room, you are asked to take off your outerwear and shoes. Dress so that when weighed, you remain in the lightest clothes possible.
Disposable slippers are given out.
I recommend that girls come in trousers and socks, because you need to stand on the scales barefoot and taking off your tights in the middle of the MFC will not be very comfortable. The scales are treated with an alcohol wipe before the procedure.
You get up, take an electrode in each hand. The electrical impulse is not felt (if anyone did not know) and follow the instructions on the screen - straighten your arms, do not talk, etc.
The entire procedure is performed for about a minute, after which the results are printed out, which, for some reason, are not interpreted for you in any way.
In general, everything is described in the results, but in some nuances you can't do without a specialist. Google will partially help solve this problem.
