We have a beautiful 26-year-old patient who came to us hoping to improve her body shape, specifically to her breasts. She felt that she could use more volume and shape. She didn't want to look unnatural or too big, so we went with a gummy bear implant, a cohesive silicone gel implant. This specific implant is textured with a high profile, which will project a bit more with a slightly narrower width in comparison to a more moderate profile implant.
She was a 34A cup before we performed the rapid recovery breast augmentation. She wanted to increase her breast size by two cup sizes. So usually, about 175 to 250 CCs is one full cup size. We went with 350 CCs here to bump her up to a full C cup, and we use an inframammary incision. Her incisions are very well-healed; you can barely see it right there. It is perfectly concealed right in that crease so that it doesn't show even when she's wearing a small bikini and, frankly, even if the bright lights are on and you're looking at it, you can barely notice the incision. So that's nice also.
She also has a beautiful shape here in the cleavage. I'd say a natural shape. Pretty skin, no stretch marks. There's a nice natural curvature to the lower aspect of the breast and just a little bit of extra fullness on each side, which also I would consider desirable. Her nipple position is excellent, and all around, I think we got the right size, the right shape, the right type of implant for her.

With a slightly wider base than high profile implants, moderate profile implants project less from the body and provide women with the rounder shape they want while still increasing the breasts’ size and fullness. These options are also popular with patients who have narrow chests.
What about moderate plus implants? This style offers a middle ground between moderate and high profile implants. Patients who want natural-looking results benefit from these implants, especially those who have lost breast volume due to natural aging.
