The most common solution is disabling plugins and themes, but as you cannot access WordPress admin, it is not that easy. You need to access the backend from cPanel or FTP. Then go to the wp-content folder and rename the plugins and themes folder.
Now check if the WordPress admin panel is accessible or not. If accessible, change the themes folder name to normal and test again for WordPress admin and front end. So now it's clear that themes are not creating the issue.
Then change the plugin's folder name back to normal. And now, all these plugins will be deactivated, so activate them one by one and test the website after activating each plugin.
This will give you an idea of which plugin is faulty. So now remove that faulty plugin and enjoy your WordPress.
