Handles replace customized chanel URL, according to Google blog:
"New custom URLs can no longer be set up or changed. Any custom URLs that you may already have will continue to work. All legacy URLs now redirect users to your new channel URL that is based on your handle"

Go to youtube studio
Click on "customization"
click on "basic info"
Click in the editbox under the heading "handle".
Change your handle to whatever you like
click on publish
