ANOVA One way | Sum of Squares for Total Variance (SS Total) with Example | Hypothesis Testing Statistics
So if we have three samples
Step 1: First calculate the mean of each sample
Step 2: Calculate the mean of samples means or the total mean value
Step 3: Now find the sum of squared deviations of each data point one by one from the total mean value.
