Crack an egg into a large bowl.
Add 24g of sugar.
Add 4g of salt.
Add 100ml of warm milk.
Add 100ml of warm water.
Add 6g of yeast.
Stir it a bit.
Cover the bowl with a cloth and wait for 5 minutes to activate the yeast.
Add 450g of flour.
Mix the dough.
When the dough forms a large mass, add 45ml of vegetable oil.
Continue to mix.
Once all the flour combines into a dough, start kneading with your hands.
I enjoy kneading the dough; sometimes, it's a good way to release negative energy.
After kneading until the surface is smooth, transfer the dough to the table.
Knead the dough a few more times. If it sticks, you can sprinkle a little cooking oil.
Shape the dough into a round form. This is one of my favorite steps.
Cut the dough into 6 equal parts.
Fold and press the protruding corners of each dough piece towards the center.
Turn them over on the table and roll.
Repeat the same process with the other 5 pieces to make them round.
Cover the dough to maintain surface moisture.
Wait for 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes, the gluten inside the dough will relax, making it easier to shape with less elasticity.
Roll out the dough into a long strip.
Roll the dough from the side.
Pinch the edges of the dough.
Roll and stretch the dough until consistent in length.
Roll it outward with both hands.
Join the ends of three long dough strips together.
Weave the dough into a beautiful pattern; it's simple, follow along with me.

Press and secure the ends of the three dough strips to avoid spreading.

Let's weave the dough again.
Try to make the thickness of the dough as consistent as possible for a better appearance.
Isn't it simple?
Place it on a baking sheet.
Cover the dough and let it ferment in a warm place for 45 minutes.
After 45 minutes, take an egg yolk.
Add milk.
Brush the fermented bread with the egg mixture.
The plump dough looks like it will be delicious.
Sprinkle some sesame seeds on the dough.
Place it in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 25 to 30 minutes.
A beautiful and delicious bread is ready! So excited!
This bread looks like a sheaf of wheat.
Quite soft.
