Fixing the WORST Arduino IDE Errors!
Let's fix the 'Programmer is not responding' error on our Arduino board by burning the boot loader (that is, replacing the very low level piece of code on the Arduino that allows it to take in new programs and put them into it's flash memory). Oh, and we'll be doing it in 90 SECONDS!

GND | GND
