From Mermaid to Brewer history of The Flying Dutchman NoMad Brewing Co
Ronald de Waal, head brewer of the The Flying Dutchman NoMad Brewing Co is telling about his back ground, why he moved to Finland, experience as a Mermaid and his first experiences as a brewer in Holland and Finland already in the early nineties.
Ronald has now a selection of 11 beers in his portfolio. He is brewing refreshing beers with berries and flowers, but also heavy beers with coffee and chocolate.
Ronald managed to receive some international awards for his beers. Last year his IPA and Stout were rewarded as Best IPA and Best Stout from Belgium on The World Beer Awards.
