I'm Gabriel Gadzhiev, a guide and tour operator in the Caucasus.
I have two degrees: a law degree and an economics degree. I enjoy extreme sports such as mountaineering, rock climbing, ice climbing, alpine skiing, and motocross. I also love mountain hunting and fishing, as well as hunting dogs.
I've completed guide and mountain rescue courses, earned a second-class degree in mountaineering, and am a master of sports in Muay Thai. I have a very thorough knowledge of the history of the Caucasus and its peoples. I'm married with two wives and four children. I lead tours and hikes in our region in a comfortable Toyota Land Cruiser 205 SUV. I offer beautiful and fantastic locations in Ossetia, Ingushetia, Chechnya, and Dagestan.
I offer a wide range of services.
Here you'll see ancient historical monuments dating from the 9th to the 17th centuries, necropolises, tower complexes, temples, statues, and monuments, all of which will be explained by an experienced Caucasian guide.
You'll be driven to these sites by professional drivers in appropriate off-road vehicles.
Here you'll see beautiful natural landmarks that are only accessible in the Caucasus. These include dozens of waterfalls, including Medograbinsky Zeygalan, the highest waterfall in Europe, lakes and rivers, including Lake Zrukskoye at an altitude of 3,000 meters!
You'll also encounter mountain passes that will make you fly out of the clouds like an airplane taking off. You'll see four gorges, one of which was once traversed by the enormous Kolka Glacier, killing 300 people, including actor Bodrov.
Mountains that attract climbers from all over the world, and the enormous canyons of the Northern Caucasus that will make your head spin!
We'll take you to a place where your soul will smile with joy. Against a backdrop of beautiful mountains and waterfalls, we'll serve you delicious dinners of traditional Caucasian dishes grilled over coals.
You'll be offered a choice of trout, lula kebab, and mountain sheep shashlik, cooked by a Caucasian man against the backdrop of the Caucasus Mountains.
For those who appreciate physical activity, there are trekking tours to less challenging peaks, as well as trekking ascents of Mounts Stolovaya, Kario, Khiyakh, Kai, Dashtsar, and Tbau.
You'll be transported to the summit camp in SUVs, accompanied by an experienced mountaineering guide, snacks during the trekking, and mountain tea in thermoses.
For more extreme visitors to our Caucasus region, we offer rock climbing and ice climbing tours in winter with the appropriate equipment, rental included in the tour price!
We also offer cave tours and caving with equipment rental.
So, there's plenty to choose from. Sincerely, Gabriel.
