World's over 43% of all websites are now running on WordPress. And the good news is that this popularity is nothing but growing. On the other hand, React's popularity as a Javascript library is at (its highest) 40%+. And jQuery stands as a close second at 34%. That's why I've decided to build a series to combine all three (WordPress + REST API + React + jQuery). This course will have you started on developing React Single Page Applications on WordPress page templates.
This video is the 2nd of a four-part series. In this video, I show how to clone my base theme from Github and wire it up for React development using NPM and Gulp.js. This setup will compile SCSS, React.js, and jQuery code and make them ready for display on WordPress Templates. Here is the link for my base theme on Github:

This is not a course for beginners. I assume the audience of this series is knowledgeable on the basics of WordPress (REST API), React.js, and jQuery. I believe this could be helpful to most web developers (WordPress, Javascript, jQuery & React.js ) all over the world. If you like this series, please subscribe to my channel and smash the like button. Enjoy!
