Emilio and Silvina are in bar. Emilio is drunken and makes inappropriate offers and comments to Silvina, who feels unconfortable in Emilio's company. Druken Emilio kisses Silvina, but shortly after then he apologises. Fernando and Isabel are on balcony of their hotel room. Fernando remebers first encounter of him and Isabel. Then they go eat the dinner and leave the hotel room. They do night walk through Los Angeles. Teresa, sitting and reading book in library, is interrupted by Bernarda, who permitted herself to make profiterole. It's form of bribe from Bernarda, she wants everyone quickly forgets about Ms. Barnett. Teresa talks to Silvina in café, Silvina informs Teresa about Emilio's inappropriate behaviour. Aunt Gabriela visits Salinas' residence and asks for Ms. Barnett. Bernarda comes from kitchen and informs aunt Gabriela, that Ms. Barnett decided to retire from long-term service in Salinas' residence. She just checks the true Isabel's birth certificate. She remebers her love affair with Corrado back on Sicily. Doctor Pintos gives orders to Victor, that he has to find Junajo and explain him, what he will suppose to do, as contact in Salinas' residence. Isabel and Fernando are walking on street of Los Angeles. Fernando asks, if she feels happy and satisfied. With any word, Isabel hugs him.
