It is called Happy Daps, and it is a festival hosted by veteran Southern California band The High Curbs. This year's lineup featured some of the best up and coming acts in Southern California at the moments, primarily comprised of bands that exist in the surf rock, punk, hardcore, or alternative rock genres.
