Is the WHITE GLYPH challenge in DEAD BY DAYLIGHT as game-throwing as I think it might be?

I am a bit of an achievement and challenge chaser, and I recently ran out of challenges to do in the current Tome, Betrayal, so I went back through the archives to look at challenges I could do on survivor… and there wasn’t much.
The only challenges left are things that seem like they encourage you to actively throw the match. After poking around for a bit, I discovered that I have not once completed any White Glyph challenges.
For those unfamiliar, the White Glyphs were introduced in Tome 10, SAW. They require you to find a white glyph somewhere on the map, interact with it, which puts a broken mirror in your hands, walk that broken mirror to a “dangerous place,” which is the basement on the map, interact with another glyph down in the basement to fix the broken mirror, and then you can go about your merry way.
Oh, and did I forget to mention, you can’t do ANY rushed actions while you’re carrying the broken mirror, or else you fail that step of the challenge and have to start over. That means absolutely no running, vaulting windows or pallets, getting hit by the killer, falling from a great height.
You basically have to pick up the broken mirror and walk ever-so-gingerly to the basement on the map. Making you an extremely ineffective and useless member of your team while doing the steps of this challenge.
I try to be a chad survivor teammate in solo queue, which is why I’ve always avoided challenges like this, because it feels like I’m throwing the match for my own personal gain.
So today, I wanted to see if this challenge feels as game-throwing as my suspicions led me to believe, and show off some games where we complete an entire White Glyph challenge, which means get four mirrors fixed, and try our damndest to make it out alive.
