Following Isaac one more time on his journey players will find bizarre treasures that change Isaac’s form giving him super human abilities and enabling him to fight off droves of mysterious creatures, discover secrets and fight his way to safety.

Feature Mod: The Found
This mod adds The Found, a new playable character.
The Found represents Isaacs remains that were found (!) in the chest. (Showed in the Final cutscene)
The Found starts with:
Bone tears
1.15 damage multiplier
And cannot have red health. Instead, every health up will add one black heart.
This mod adds three new items!
Calcium: All bony now is your friend! Adds two black hearts if you're playing with The Found
Dead King's Crown: Spawn a random minion every time you enter a new room that have enemies in it!
-Dead King's Hand: Create a circle of spikes that hurt your enemies
