When we think about supplier in a business, we imagine a guy realizing there is a need for stuff, for instant a crm software, so the guy goes through a list of potential business that can solve the problem, sends an email there is some back-and-forth communication and boom
The company shows up and solves the software problem.
Now how about another version of that situation where the person realizes there is a need for a crm software and proposes the problem to their I.T department, series of conversations follow, some programming is done and yap, a new crm software for the company
So does the I.T department qualify as suppliers? Reality is suppliers can be external or internal
