This week, the affixes are Tyrannical, Entangling, and Bursting.
Tyrannical + Bursting will mean that trash dies quickly and you are much more likely to extend or stack Bursting. DPS players have complete control over Bursting stacks and everyone must have a way to monitor their group’s stacks. Be prepared to use personal defenses, health potions, or immunities in high-stack situations. It's your job to keep yourself healthy! WeakAuras are available to aid in tracking your Bursting stacks. For most healers, 1-3 stacks are manageable; however, a surprise of 6-8 stacks will almost certainly cause death if your group doesn't plan properly.
Having a Priest this week with Mass Dispel will be immensely helpful for your healer, particularly if you plan big pulls around the 2 minute cooldown. Mistweaver Monks can also clear high bursting stacks with Revival every 3 minutes.
