How to: PERFECT WINGED EYELINER for Hooded Eyes (Beginner Friendly) - Soft and Thin Winged Liner
I think eyeliner was one of the first things that most of us bought in our makeup bag . But it is probably the last thing that we can master. Even after years applying eyeliner, it still sometimes took me 10 to 15 minutes to apply perfectly. Through a lot of trial and error, today I'm gonna show you how I learnt to perfect winged eyeliner on my downturned hooded eyes.
