In this tutorial we will find out, how to Synchronize your Local AD with Office 365. This way you wil be able to create a manage your Office 365 users from your local DC
Is advice to create a domain Join dedicated server, and place him in a safe network area here he can have access to Internet, but is still able to see the DC
1-Download Azure AD Connect.
2-Execute the Azure AD Connect installer.
3-Choose customized settings.
4-Configure User sign-in.
5-Connect your directories.
6-Choose how your users will be identified in Azure AD.
7-Choose the domains and OUs you want to synchronize.
