ASMR or Autonomous sensory meridian response is a feeling of well-being combined with a tingling sensation in the scalp and down the back of the neck, as experienced by some people in response to a specific gentle stimulus referred to as triggers which are often particular sounds. People subjectively report #ASMR helping them to #sleep better, fall asleep more quickly, reduce anxiety, lower stress levels, and improved mental health.
