Howdy Y'all, this dip is called cowboy crack for a reason. There may be 12 servings, but you're going to want it all to yourself. Not only is it affordable and delicious, but it can be unbelievably simple depending on how you choose to cook it. Mosey on down to the local grocer and try yourself a dip that won't disappoint.
First, let’s go over the key ingredients for your next grocery run:
2 (8-ounce) cream cheese softened
3 Cups of Cheddar Cheese
2 Cans of Rotel
1 Lb of Spicy Italian Sausage (Browned and Drained)
1 Cup of Frozen Corn
Bag of Tortilla Chips
Next, equipment:
Air Fryer (or however you'd like to cook the sausage)
Crock Pot
Stirring Utensil
Lastly, instructions:
Preheat Air-fryer to 370 degrees
Cook Sausage 7 min on each side
Cut up Sausage into small pieces
Combine Cream cheese, Cheddar, Rotel, Sausage, and Corn into Crock Pot
Set Crock Pot to Low
Stir once beginning to melt
Remove from Crock Pot and Enjoy!
