The hunting camera MEIDASE S950 is a 3G/4G camera, so it allows you to add a SIM card to it in order to be able to remotely control what is happening...
The camera comes with a preconfigured SIM card and then you will only have to choose the subscription that corresponds to your needs but if you wish you can ask them for a version without SIM card, that's what I have done.
