A middle-aged man was caught on camera secretly touching the hair of a woman who appeared to be in her 20s on a bus.
This video was filmed around 10:40 AM on the 18th on a city bus operating in Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
A man wearing a black jacket is sitting behind a woman with long hair.
The man places his hand on the seat in front of him and touches the ends of the woman's hair.
[Watch-submitted: He moved seats. He saw that young woman. He moved to the seat behind her and secretly touched her hair. He kept his hand down and refrained when people were on board, but he touched it when everyone was seated and no one was looking, and stopped touching it once the bus stopped and people started boarding.]
The man's behavior continued while the bus traveled from Ilwon Station to Samsung Station.
[Watch-submitted: You know there is a bit of space between the handrails. He kept touching the hair that was sticking out there...]
The victim got off the bus after hearing about the incident from a passenger who witnessed the scene.
