FIrst Euro Hawk Lands in Germany
EADS video of the arrival of the first Eur Hawk unmanned aircraft at Manching, Germnay, on July 21, 2011, after an almost 23hr non-stop flight from Edwards AFB, California. The Euro Hawk is a version of the Northrop Grumman RQ-4B Block 20 Global Hawk high-altitude, long-endurance UAV that will be equipped with an EADS signals intelligence system and used to replace German air force Atlantic ELINT aircraft.
