A person known as Starsnatcher claims to be an Adeptus who makes wishes by paying him with Mora. Traveler and Paimon spotted him using a Sigil of Permission to scare the demons away without exterminating them, so they look around the area to see if there are more of them and then they encountered the Guardian Yaksha Xiao, and then told him about Starsnatcher.
