📢 V-84 Conditional Entry Requirement Removed! Those Unaware of the New Rules Are at Great Risk!
There's a significant change for foreigners entering and exiting Turkey! As of February 1, 2025, the V-84 conditional entry requirement has been removed! If you're unaware of this change, you could encounter significant problems at the border. ❌
🔎 What is V-84 Conditional Entry?
Previously, foreigners who exceeded 90 days in Turkey in violation of their visa/visa exemption could return quickly by paying a fine. However, this convenience is now over!
⚠️ What are the New Rules?
✅ Those who exceeded 90 days in the last 180 days must now stay abroad for at least 3 months!
✅ Even those who pay their visa violation fine upon exit cannot enter without waiting 3 months!
✅ Early entry requires only a specially annotated visa.
The days of "I'll pay the fine and be back right away" are over! Those who don't follow the rules may be turned away at the border or face an entry ban!
