Unusual late afternoon activation for me. I posted a question earlier about working POTA in the dark great suggestions. I do astronomy but I usually don’t have to write. I didn’t even think about the headlamp light. I had worked N4NTO on CW and I wanted to get him on phone so he found a frequency on 40. We ended up have a joint activation at two different parks. He was working a QRP station and I was on 100 watts. It was an interesting experiment. Also had a QRP check in with me with 10 watts on 20. He was loud.
