A Road Map for Lookup Tables by Arantxa: Zcon4
In this talk we will first introduce lookup tables and consider their applications. Then, we will dive into most recent constructions: Caulk, Caulk+, Flookup, Baloo, and cq. By presenting them in a joint way, the idea is to compare and discuss the techniques each one introduce, the trade offs on efficiency and practicality they offer, and discuss on future directions.
Arantxa is a researcher at the Ethereum Foundation. Previously, she obtained her PhD from Pompeu Fabra University. Her work focuses on the design of succinct arguments.
