Building the Perfect Artist Workstation for CG & VFX - (2022)
In this video I upgrade my system to one of the best workstation configurations a solo CG artist can have in 2022!
I've worked on the same machine for a good year or so now, and it was time to upgrade as my work-load is getting more and more demanding.
I made the switch from AMD to Intel with the introduction of Intel's Alder Lake Platform. I went from a Ryzen 5 5600x to an Intel Core i9 12900k. Combined with 64 gb of DDR5 memory and an Nvidia RTX 3080ti, I don't expect to need to upgrade this system for a long time.
