This Derelict Art Studio Is All Mine To Refurbished!? 🎨 | Été Cozy Gameplay Ep. 3
In Episode 3 of my gameplay series for Été, our artistic journey gains real momentum. After catching the attention of a passionate art patron, a few of our paintings finally sell — and she loves them so much that she offers us a studio to continue creating.
There’s just one small problem.
The “studio” turns out to be a derelict warehouse that needs extensive work before it can become a proper creative space. Now we’ll need to start cleaning up, restoring the building, and figuring out how to transform it into the perfect place to paint and bring new artwork to life.
