Setup Your Knowledge Base with JSM for Improved Productivity
In this #atlassian #jira video, we will be looking into setting up a knowledge base Jira Service Management (JSM) that will allow you to share your #confluence pages for free. This is perfect for teams that very useful information in Confluence that they want everyone on their team to access, but they don't want to pay for a Confluence license. This is just one method as Atlassian's guest access is still a little wonky. Quickly and easily share information through the JSM portal. When your users/team goes to the portal, they'll be able to see Confluence pages without ever having to open up Confluence. And the best part, is that it's all FREE!
