Recreational Resort Cottages has teamed up with Athens Park Homes to create the Grand Park Series, a new line of RV park model tiny homes at 399 square feet and the Gala is our first reveal of this new tiny home series. As of the date of the video creation, the price of the Gala tiny home is just $68000 including all of the options and upgrades shown in the display model, delivery and tiedowns within 100 miles (additional freight charges apply for farther distances), the ductless a/c and heat system installed, manufacturer's warranty, plus a 7 year extended service contract.

The new Grand Park Series is available from Recreational Resort Cottages and Cabins at 4384 E Interstate 30 in Rockwall, Texas. Open Monday-Saturday 9am to 5pm. Closed Sundays. We will be closed for major holidays and inclement weather, so call ahead.
