This homemade reference voltage source with nominal values of 9, 5, 1, 0.6, and 0.1 volts was made in 1983 for the metrology needs of my home radio lab. I've now slightly modified the circuit, removing the zener diode, which degraded the parameters, and conducted thermal stability tests.
