One day, the parts of the body began to ask each other when they rest.
The head, arms, and legs said, "We rest during sleep."
The stomach said it rests when it finishes digesting food.
And only the heart remained silent. Everyone was surprised: you've been working nonstop since birth!
When do you ever rest?!
My heart responded: I rest when I hear good, kind words...
Moral: don't skimp on kind words for each other!
Let our hearts rest!
Remember that even the simplest kind words bring refreshment.
So say kind words as often as possible!
Sometimes, supporting someone doesn't require a huge effort.
Sometimes, just a smile and a few kind words are enough!
