Being stuck at home doesn’t mean we can’t get creative with cocktails. In this episode of Pantry Raids, I’ll take on a humble vegetable and see if I can crack the code to delicious cocktails with this ingredient.

Celery #1:
1.5oz (45mL) Vodka
3oz (90mL) Celery juice (see below)
3/4oz (22.5mL) Fresh squeezed lime juice
3 dashes Celery bitters
4-6oz Ginger beer
Celery Juice:
One bunch of celery
Preparation: Celery Juice
1. Separate the celery stalks and wash to remove any dirt.
2. Using a juicer, extract the juice from the celery stalks. If you do not have a juicer, blend the celery and strain.
Preparation – The cocktail
1. Add the vodka, celery juice, lime juice, and bitters to a cocktail shaker.
2. Add ice and shake for 20 seconds.
3. Add fresh ice to a collins or highball glass and strain the cocktail into the glass.
4. Top with ginger beer, and garnish with a small stalk of celery.

1.5oz (45mL) Rhum Agricole blanc (white rum)
1/4oz (7.5mL) Yellow Chartreuse
2oz (60mL) Celery juice
1/2oz (30mL) Fresh squeezed lemon juice
3/4oz (22.5mL) Simple syrup (1:1)
2 dashes of orange bitters
3-5 dashes of Fee Brothers Fee Foam (available here: https://amzn.to/3jR2gbl

Preparation:
1. Add the all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker.
2. Top with ice and shake for 20 seconds.
3. Double strain the drink into a coupe glass.
4. Garnish with a celery leaf.
