Drum8 "ROCKOUT" Demo - Apple II 8 bit drum machine
Drum8 is an 8 bit sample based drum machine which runs on Apple II computers, in this case a 1MHz Apple //e with a home built single channel DAC in slot 5.
This new version can mix 8 sounds at once, and also supports multi-channel cards like a2heaven's MEGAAudio.
Written in self-modifying 6502 assembly (some runs in Page Zero...), it only uses 48k of RAM for both code and samples (with ProDOS in the language card).
