Cheap photo/video lighting solution
There may come a time when you need additional lights for your video or photography. In video additional light can be used to add artistic properties, film in dark situations, reduce contrast and shadows, selectively light specific parts of your image or video, change the color of your scene by changing the color of the light. I've been experimenting with a cheap LED work light as a lighting solution for my videos and photos. I purchased a very affordable 50 watt LED light with variable beam strength and 6000 K with the capability to put out 4000 lumen. It can be charged via USB port or solar panels. I show how I use this portable and rechargeable light in my videos and how easy this auxiliary light is to take along on video or photography trips. I show how my light works in winter videography. I conclude that if you need to purchase a light for video or photography work then it makes most sense to check out the cheaper options first by going to the hardware store before photo store.
