Sorry I didnt mention exactly the two pads to be joined, but if you poke around the internet the pictures are out there. Pads P51 are the ones to be joined. Once you know which to look at, you can easily see where the black conductive paint joins the two solder pads. This will open up the 11 meter band to Tx.
And if you just came here to bellyache about the mars mod and dont like it, then dont do it. I DONT CARE if you like it or not.
