Today I put a $1500 Graphics Card in a $32 PC. In the PC building community, bottlenecking is one of the most commonly discussed PC building sins, so I decided to build a PC with a $1500 RTX 4000 ADA SFF with an Intel Pentium office PC to see if a CPU bottleneck is really that bad, or if you can actually get away with cheaping out on your CPU, RAM, cooler, fans, motherboard, and PC case, and spending all of your money on only a good GPU.
