Sigmoid built and automated an AI system for a leading CPG - food and beverage company to improve the overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) of machines on their production lines. The solution enabled real-time alerting for machine downtime, failure, and line losses. Sigmoid also provided automated tracking of abnormalities in factory shifts and recommended actions and insights to different manufacturing plants and prevent losses.
