SDR-Console: setting up display for two-digit-GHz-display instead of one digit for QO100
Change the GHz-display in SDR-console from a one-digit display (e.g. 8.200.300.00 GHz) to a two-digit-display (e.g. 10.489.500.00 GHz)
One-digit-display is the default value after a "fresh" installation of SDR-console.
