Mugen Release: Wakko Warner
My second Mugen character is now finally complete! Well, at least this is how much I finished him. I had problems trying to figure out how to fix this hyper background error where the hyper background never goes away. Sorry if anyone would get annoyed with that.
Anyways, I really tried my best here so I apologize if he isn't that great.
