A raw, over-the-shoulder look at my current AI video generation workflow. Today, I’m talking about agentic vs. node-based workflows, explaining some cinematic camera theory, and attempting to composite a CGI Hellhound into iPhone footage of my street. Spoiler alert: things don't go exactly as planned!

In this progress update, I dive into why I'm temporarily stepping away from Higgsfield to explore InVideo's agentic workflow. I also break down the storytelling and camera techniques I'm using for my animation project, "Agnes Dei". Finally, I run a live experiment using Cinema Studio and Nano Banana to try and drop a photo-real Cerberus into my London street. It’s a messy process, but I hope you find the troubleshooting helpful!
