Episode 1 - "Groot's First Steps" - Baby Groot notices a crack on his pot, causing the robots to replace him with a bonsai plant. Groot attempts to rid the plant until they fall onto the floor, resulting in their pots breaking and Groot struggling to take his first steps.
Episode 2 - "The Little Guy" - After his tantrum from alien birds destroying his tower made of branches, Baby Groot finds little aliens under a rock and plays with them, only for the aliens to see this as an attack and launch a counterattack. An afraid Groot farts a leaf, which the aliens find as their food source. Groot finds a nearby bush to give the aliens additional food, only to accidentally step on them upon returning.
Episode 3 - "Groot's Pursuit" - Waking up in the middle of his sleep in Eclector's Quadrant, Baby Groot finds a broken vial and traces the bubble-colored liquid from it around the ship. He later encounters Iwua, a space-shifting alien who impersonates him. The pair dance, with the alien teaching him dance steps, until Groot ejects Iwua out of the ship via the airlock.
Episode 4 - "Groot Takes a Bath" - Baby Groot finds a pool of mud and takes a bath. He later finds leaves growing out of him due to the mud and grooves them in different styles, resulting in a nearby alien creature becoming irritated. Groot eventually empties the mud as the leaves shed off immediately. As the alien laughs at him, Groot trims its hair to use as a scarf.
Episode 5 - "Magnum Opus" - Baby Groot gathers various items inside the ship to draw the Guardians of the Galaxy, later causing an explosion inside one of the ship's rooms. Rocket finds Groot trying to fix a blown-up hole and receives the drawing. Another explosion causes Rocket to be almost sucked out of the ship, only to be saved by Groot.
