What rammed into Uranus around 4 billion years ago? The answer: a renegade icy super-planet more than double the mass of the Earth.
Uranus is the only planet in the Solar System which orbits on its side. In fact, its moons, ring system and magnetic field also propagate vertically over the planet. This suggests that something crashed into Uranus in the early Solar System.
