In this episode, we visited the Daio Wasabi Farm in Nagano. For me it was a unique experience, seeing how one of the world's most expensive plants is grown and cultivated. The farm is open to visitors all year round and I give my highest recommendation for anyone as excited about wasabi, as I am :).
