Full walkthrough of the workflow I'm using to build TrackBack during the Replit Buildathon. I break down how I use Wispr Flow for voice dictation, Claude for parallel planning across six threads (product spec, competitive analysis, monetization strategy, brand development, content strategy, and troubleshooting), and Replit for execution.
Key lessons from week two: why I plan in Claude first to preserve Replit credits, how Deep Research generated a 10-page competitive landscape, and the Replit autonomy slider (low/medium/high/max) that burned through $20 in credits in two days when I had it set too high. I walk through when to use each autonomy level and the difference between build mode and plan mode in Replit.
Also covers: using Claude Projects to isolate context between workstreams, creating an Ai persona based on Madhavan Ramanujam's monetization framework, and why technical feasibility means nothing without a business proof of concept.
