Adding KPI indicators with UP/DOWN arrows to your Tableau dashboards
UP/DOWN arrows are some of the most used shapes to communicate the trend of data (the direction of data). With up arrows or triangle (▲) being used to show a positive change or a rising trend, while down arrows or triangle (▼) being used to show a negative change or a falling trend.
