Stellaris Clone Army Technocracy Cybernetic Meta Build 3.6 Beta Patch. If you want a strong build that is not hard to play or master at a high level, have a powerful economy by year 30 then Clone Army is a good origin to pick. In this build I use Technocracy and combine that with the new Cybernetic Ascension Tradition. I did try and go for Psionic, however I think materialism blocks me from rolling Psionic theory. I learn a few tricks along the way.
